End Grain
End
grain construction is the style we all know as butcher block, the thick
massive chunk of laminated vertical strips of hard maple. End grain is
an excellent cutting surface giving knives extended life and does not
show ware as easy as other surfaces. For those wanting a busy look and a
superior food prep area this is the standard choice.
